Clinical trials imaging

QI’s clinical trials ASL processing pipeline works with a wide range of product and research sequences across all platforms and provides the following advanced features.

"Quantified Imaging’s processing is by far the most accurate and we've fully integrated it into our clinical workflow"

Prof Jeroen Siero, UMC Utrecht

Class-leading quantification

QI's Bayesian inference methods provide world-leading quantification accuracy and image quality, including automatic deblurring for 3D GRASE acquisitions.

Automatic deblurring

Patented deblurring technology substantially increases the accuracy and contrast of CBF maps when using 3D readouts such as GRASE.

Normative perfusion modelling

QI’s normative perfusion models quantify individual-level perfusion abnormalities, controlling for age, sex and other demographic factors.

Perfusion abnormality scores (Z) for an individual with confirmed Alzheimer’s disease, showing asymmetric hypoperfusion concentrated in the parietal lobe.

Quality control

Automatic quality control flags ASL-specific acquisition issues to increase reader confidence and reduce reporting time.
